- The Brief
Ornua Dairy Products, Kerrygold Milk and Forto Milk, are high quality milk products that has been trying to gain considerable market share in Nigeria’s keenly contested dairy products category. Agency was briefed to come up with a strategy that will enable these products break through into the trade and particularly the retail end of the value-chain and by extension the consumers/shoppers consideration in the open market.
- Execution Dimension
We conceived the idea of a Combo Promo that will incentivize the consumers as well as retailers. The BUY, DISPLAY SELL & WIN Promo was strategically put together to reward retailers for displaying and selling the Kerrygold & Forto Milk products weekly. Shoppers were also instantly rewarded for purchasing any of the SKUs with fantastic gift items.
- The Result
The Project was run simultaneously in 11 key open markets covering Lagos, Abia and Kano. The objectives of the activation was achieved with very satisfactory feedback from the Client – Increased awareness and visibility in the trade as well as increased off-take during and after the activation. All KPI’s were delivered on time and as agreed.
