- The Brief
As part of the rebranding exercise for Barclays Africa following the acquisition of a majority stake by ABSA, it became imperative to audit the existing Branding and Visual Identity status in all Barclays Africa Bank Branches/Corporate Offices in 10 African Countries – Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Tanzania, Uganda, Seychelles, Zambia and Namibia.
Nexcel Marketing handled the exercise pan-Ghana across 125 locations covering corporate offices, Branches, ATM locations etc
- Execution Dimension
Using the customized Scarecrow Barclays Africa Software platform, three teams recruited for the project conducted the exercise comprehensively using Smart Live Data Capture Devices that automatically uploaded data to the cloud together with high definition pictures of every branding collateral that had the Barclays CI. Measurements were taken as well as physical count and appraisal of all Barclays identified CI elements (Branch Interiors/Exteriors, Off-Site ATMs, Corporate Offices etc.)
- The Result
The objective of the Project was achieved with very satisfactory feedback from the Client. All KPIs were delivered on time and as agreed.
